Measure around the neck just below the Adam’s apple. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
(B) SHOULDER
Measure from one shoulder seam (where the sleeve starts) to the other, keeping the tape straight and level.
(C) CHEST
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug. Stand straight while measuring.
(D) LENGTH
Start at the bony bump at the base of your neck. Measure straight down your back to where your knuckles sit when your arms are relaxed.
(E) WAIST
Measure around your waist at the belly button level. Keep the tape snug. This is usually 2 inches above the hip bone—higher than where you normally wear pants.
