The Contract Between Us

We must receive full payment for your order before we can process and accept it. Once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided. This confirmation creates a legally binding agreement between you and Scottish Kilt ™.

Our Right to Refuse Your Order

  • We may decline your order for reasons such as:
  • If your order is declined, we will notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days. No additional compensation is provided.

Price

  • All prices are shown on Scottish Kilt ™.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery location.
  • Orders are processed in USD. Prices in other currencies are estimates and may vary at dispatch.

Right to Cancel Your Contract

  • You may cancel your order up to 14 working days after ordering.
  • No explanation or fee is required.
  • Send your cancellation request in writing.
  • If you’ve already received the order, return it at your own cost and risk.
  • Custom or made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Upon cancellation, refunds are issued within 30 days.
  • If goods are not returned in original condition or you fail to pay return costs, we may deduct expenses from your refund.

Delivery of Goods to You

  • We ship your items to the delivery address you provide.
  • Delivery will occur as quickly as possible and within 30 days.
  • Once delivered, the items are your responsibility.

Fraud Prevention

  • We may use your information for fraud prevention checks.
  • Your details may be shared with fraud prevention agencies, which may keep records. These checks only confirm your identity and won’t affect your credit score. Your data is handled securely according to data protection laws.

You must send any notices to info@scottishkilt.co. We will display official notices and updates on our website.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for issues caused by circumstances we can’t control, such as:

  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • System or network failures
  • Fires, floods, or natural disasters
  • Accidents

Governing Law

  • All contracts are governed by English law.
  • Legal matters will be handled in English courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our website prices, delivery details, and policies, form the full agreement.

  • Verbal statements by staff do not change these terms.
  • We are not liable for incorrect statements unless proven fraudulent.

Order Modification or Cancellation

For made-to-order items, contact us within 2 days of ordering to request changes.

  • Color updates
  • Shipping address changes

After production starts, changes may not be possible or could include extra charges.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please email info@scottishkilt.co. If unresolved, you may escalate by emailing a formal complaint to the same address.
