Orders sent within the Canada generally arrive quickly. Standard shipping usually takes 10–15 working days, while express delivery arrives in 8–10 working days, though exact times may depend on your area.

We only give refunds when the product is damaged or has a fault. You need to tell us within 5 days of receiving the item to get a refund. After 5 days, you can ask for a replacement, but refunds or exchanges are not allowed after 30 days. Read more about refund policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are given only if the item is arrived damaged or defective. Inform us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. After 5 days, only replacements are offered. No refund or replacement is available after 30 days.
