A sporran is worn at the front of the kilt, hanging from a chain or strap around the waist. It should sit centered, just below the belt, resting over the kilt apron.

It is suitable for casual or semi-formal occasions when wearing a traditional kilt outfit. It is commonly worn during daytime events, gatherings, or informal celebrations.

It is made by cutting leather into shape, stitching it into a pouch, and attaching a flap and tassels. The final step is adding a chain or strap so it can be worn around the waist.
