It is a formal kilt worn by competitors in traditional Scottish Highland dancing events. It is shorter and more structured than a standard kilt to allow the intricate footwork and high leg movements required in competition.
These kilts are made from wool tartan fabric, carefully pleated and tailored to maintain a crisp, structured appearance during performance. Lightweight wool is preferred to allow freedom of movement while preserving the kilt's formal shape.
It is styled with a fitted military-style jacket, white dress shirt, kilt socks, and soft ghillie lacing shoes tied around the ankles. A small sporran, kilt pin, and clan-specific accessories complete the formal competition appearance.
It is usually worn during formal Scottish Highland dancing competitions, dance festivals, and Mod events. It is also worn at Highland Games, cultural showcases, and official dance examinations judged by recognized Scottish dancing authorities.

Care Instruction
To keep your outfit in good shape, dry clean wool items and gently hand-wash cotton or polyester pieces. Use low heat when ironing and never press directly on pleats. Store it in a cool, dry place to avoid damage or wrinkles.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are given only if the item is arrived damaged or defective. Inform us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. After 5 days, only replacements are offered. No refund or replacement is available after 30 days.
