Wear the Balmoral hat level on your head, with the point centered at the front. Ensure the side with the badge is slightly higher, and the back ribbons hang straight down.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are given only if the item is arrived damaged or defective. Inform us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. After 5 days, only replacements are offered. No refund or replacement is available after 30 days.
